As a Marine Corps veteran and first-generation professional, I understand the importance of resilience, adaptability, and mission-driven leadership. I’ve successfully led teams through rapid scaling, complex acquisitions, and retention challenges—always focusing on aligning people operations to support organizational growth and positive business outcomes.
